Wondershare TidyMyMusic is a program created for Windows users who wish to organize their iTunes library and music folders. With its help, you can find information regarding your songs, such as tune and artist name, genre, release date, artwork, etc.
The application features 2 windows: Tidy iTunes and Tidy Music. Both tools scan your music collection and displays details regarding your songs. You can also type yourself the ID3 tags you know and drag-and-drop song artwork over the editing panel.
I tested both scanning modes. The items within my iTunes library didn't need any ID3 tag alterations as it's pretty small and contains songs with complete file info. Sadly, the application didn't work 100% when I scanned a music folder from my computer. The utility occasionally failed to identify popular songs.
Furthermore, it supports a limited amount of audio formats: MP3 and M4A.
In conclusion, since the program failed to identify some of my songs, I'd say it doesn't worth buying this application for your Windows PC. Nowadays, you can find multiple online services that help you learn who plays what and in what year an album was released.
