WinSnapShot is a freeware application from VoidSky Software. It is a very useful and user-friendly application, it minimizes to the systray of the task bar and lets you take snapshots of the screen. This application makes use of the standard "Print Screen" button to copy a selected portion of the screen to the clipboard. The contents of the clipboard can be later transferred into your image editing application by simply pasting. The application does not provide any help or manual to use. Its first-time user will face problems and confusion when using the application. It displays a balloon tip for a few second and disappears quickly upon execution. This application is compatible with almost all versions of the Windows Operating Systems.
From my point of view, the application is useless. That is, unless the user finds out how to use it. Although I have found some help on how to use the application, it is still difficult to notice whatever is written in the pop-up balloon that disappears after a few second when the application is executed.
