iSpring Free Cam can record video directly from your computer’s screen. It has a nice and trendy interface. Besides, it is unlikely that anyone has problems to use it because it is very simple. In fact, there is practically nothing to set before you can start using it.

A single button click leads you to select the screen region you intend to grab. After that, you receive simple instructions on how to stop the recording. Then, it automatically starts recording once the countdown is over. It is absolutely great that iSpring Free Cam captures cursor movements and mouse clicks.

Once you have finished the capture, the tool lets you make any necessary changes with its own built editor. In this regard, the only operation you can do on the visual part of the video is trimming a segment; as, unfortunately, you cannot crop or rotate the image. However, since the tool records not only the images from your screen but also audio from your microphone, it is good that the editor lets you eliminate the soundtrack, remove noise, adjust the volume as well as apply fade-in and fade-out effects.

The resulting videos can be saved in WMV format. Similarly, the tool uploads them directly to YouTube and sends video posts to various social networks, like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

In general, iSpring Free Cam is no match for similar software in terms of available features. For example, contrary to what its name suggests, it cannot record from a webcam. Yet, it may be a cost-effective solution for simple projects as software showcases and instructional presentations because it is available at no cost.
