Ultra Screen Capture Expert 

Ultra Screen Capture Expert is a small application that allows you to make screenshots very easily. This utility enables you to capture a full screen, rectangle, active window, scrolling window and selected window in a snap. The program sits on your system tray, from which you can control everything, and the interface is really compact and simple. The utility does not include a built-in editor or effects like most of the other similar programs, which is really a disadvantage. Once you make the screenshot, you can save it in multiple formats (jpg, jpeg, gif, png, tiff, bmp and pdf), save it to a file, copy it to the clipboard or MSPaint for editing. You can also set hotkeys for every type of capture to make your work even easier and faster. I really wouldn't recommend this program, since you can get a lot of more powerful and efficient similar applications for the same or less money. However, if you are a beginners this program could be of great help. It supports Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista.
