You can customize the time between breaks and the length of each break. When the pre-set break time arrives, the app will darken your screen and prompt you to take a short break. Use this time to stand up, do some stretching, take a walk, or get yourself a cup of coffee. As the app attempts to encourage you to take a break, there is no easy way to exit the break screen. If you are determined to work during the break, you can brighten your screen.
