iSkysoft DVD Creator is a software tool designed to fulfill the need to create DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. It offers standard customizable options that will help you transform your ordinary files into professional-looking DVDs.
In a few simple words, this software provides to the usual customer the tools to burn, edit videos, add and edit audio, free menu templates being also available.
Visually, I find the green color theme to be brash and old-fashioned. Besides this aspect, the interface goes into the modern-standard category though it would've been nice to have the option to change or customize the general theme.
The process of burning a disc is simple and goes quite smoothly. You're being indirectly directed to the next menu, from this perspective the program being well-organized.
After you select the files needed to be processed, you reach the editing point where you can personalize your video by trimming, cropping, rotating, adding images and text watermark or customize the brightness, saturation, and contrast.
The supported video formats are numerous and include MP4, AVI, WMV, MKV, MTS, VOB, 3GP, FLV, 3G2, MOV, M2TS, F4V, MPG, MPEG, TS, TRP, TP, DAT, MKV, M4V, and ASF. So, burning DVDs from online videos sites like YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo or from your personal devices like iPhone and digital cameras, won't be a problem.
Moreover, other cool features that I discovered include a subtitle customizer, free menu templates and the Create music slideshows which offers various editing options.
In conclusion, the quality of burned DVDs is top notch, and though the program has some unresponsive moments while navigating through menus it still impresses, offering rich format support, decent writing speed, and smart editing options.
