Easy Photo Shredder 1.4

Easy Photo Shredder is a program that will completely delete photos and videos from memory cards.

When you delete the images stored in a memory card, you really don´t. The usual pr ocedure is to delete the name of the photo in the FAT of the memory, but the images are still there, and many programs can be used to retrieve them. This way, when other person can access your memory card, they can restore those images that you deleted. Your privacy is threatened.

Easy Photo Shredder deletes your photos in a secure mode. It fills the space occupied by the deleted photos with zeros, so it is not possible to recover anything.

The program scans removable drives detected by your computer. During the testing, in Windows 7, I could process the memory card of my mobile phone, but as Windows 7 detected my camera as a Portable Device, not a Removable Drive, I could not process the memory card in my camera, until I changed it to the mobile Phone.

The program will look for files with the formats that you specify, and will show a thumbnail of each image detected, and its name. You can then mark the photos that you want to erase, and it will become impossible to recover them.

The trial version is fully functional for free, for fifteen days. To obtain a license for this program, you will have to buy Easy Photo Recovery, and they will give you the license for both programs.
