BeFit is a simple application that allows you to keep a record of the calories and other data of the food you normally eat. The program comes with an extensive list of foods and they all include their corresponding nutrition facts as they appear in the products package, including calories, total fat, cholesterol, sodium, sugars, etc. Unfortunately, the values entered in the nutrition facts cannot be customized in any form. On this list you will find dairy products, vegetables, meat, fish, desserts, etc.
The program allows you to create your own lists of food and you can separate them in different folders. For instance, you can separate the dairies from other products or use the folders to separate the members of your family, etc. The demo version doesn't allow you to create your own list, but you can see how the program works. The program offers multiple viewing options and it is very simple and easy to use.
