007 DVD Maker is a program that will let you create DVD, SVCD or VCD disks from various video files formats, burn such disks, or simply convert various video files to MPEG-1, MPEG-2, DVD, SVCD, and VCD files. The video files, the program can convert, are DivX, Xvid, AVI, MPEG, WMV, QuickTime, Real Video format, etc.

The program is very easy to use, as it has a very intuitive interface. The first thing you will need to do is select the mode of the program in accordance with the task you want to perform.

If you want to create a disk you will be offered to choose the output format: DVD, SVCD, VCD, and then add the video files, that will be converted first and then burnt onto the disk. The process seems to be simple and it is simple.

If you want to burn a disk you need to add the files you want to be burnt. However, it is not as simple as it may seem. Every file I wanted to add was not compatible, as for every video disk there are strict parameters. For DVD it should be MPEG-2 with 720*480(NTSC) or 720*568(PAL), and so on. So every time I was advised to first convert the files to a compatible format then burn it. But, unfortunately, there is no option in the converter to adjust the video resolution. So, it would be better to use the DVD Maker that will do everything automatically.

If you simply want to convert video files just choose Converter, add the files, set the start and end time for conversion, and click on the start button.
