Z88Aurora 1.0 beta

Z88Aurora is divided in three different areas:

FE-Preprocessor,

FE-Solver and

FE-Postprocessor.

The Preprocessor includes following functions:

several import- and export exchange formats for

geometry: STEP-Data (*.STP), STL-Data in ASCII format (*.STL) and Autocad-Data (*.DXF), and fe-structure data:

NASTRAN (*.BDF, *.NAS), ABAQUS (*.INP),

ANSYS (*.ANS) and COSMOS (*.COS).

Different meshing options: two freeware tetrahedron mesher one mapped mesher for superelement structures (hexahedron, shells, etc.)

one module for creating structure elements, (f.e. trusses, beams, etc.)

one editable and expandable material database,

the cababitity to process boundary conditions with a GUI (e.g. with node clicking)
