Transfer files between the DL(M) series instruments and your computer and control the instruments remotely from your PC. View the analysis of data captured using Yokogawa's WE7000 series of PC-based measurement instruments. The tool handles DL(M) models, including DLM2000, DLM4000, DL350, DL850E, DL850EV, and SL1000.

Xviewer lets you transfer files between the DL series instruments and a PC, and gives you remote control of the instruments using your PC. Xviewer enables offline waveform display, computation, and analysis of data captured using Yokogawa's WE7000 series of PC-based measurement instruments.
