xTeam is intended to manage the working schedule of the members of your group, team or organization. The app lets you plan different types of activities for individual workers or everyone in a given category. Likewise, you can schedule their weekly working hours and holidays as well as report absence leaves.

The application has an easy-to-use interface. In this regard, most of the features are available from the main screen. Besides, it allows switching between two views: Calendar and Report. Luckily, it lets you drag and drop activities to the desired grid space. Other users can be given remote access to the schedule so that all the people involved know what to do and when. Unfortunately, sharing options are limited as the remote users can only check their tasks without making any change.

One of the main steps is creating a list of workers. Fortunately, you do not need to do this by hand, as it is possible to import their details from Contacts. Next, it is a good idea to place them in their corresponding categories, which is essential for scheduling activities involving a group of people. Luckily, there are various role presets organized into categories such as Management, Sales and Staff. Likewise, there is a series of predefined assignments, for instance, Marketing and Production. The good news is that you can create new categories, roles and assignment types.

All in all, xTeam lets you manage labor resources more efficiently by scheduling and keeping track of their activities. The product is shareware and can be downloaded and used at no cost for seven days.
