This tool has been created to allow converting XPS files to PDF documents or to image files such as TIFF, JPG, BMP or PNG. It is a simple tool that also supports batch converting multiple files at once.
I personally like a lot its neat, intuitive, wizard-like interface that makes this application very simple-to-use for anyone. The main window also displays the primary properties of each XPS file from the conversion list. Another nice feature of this program is the fact that it allows the users to choose between two types of conversions: the first one is converting all the XPS files to separate PDF or image files and the second one is converting and joining the XPS files into one single large PDF. Furthermore, it allows setting up permissions that will restrict the usage of the output document, blocking functions, such as its printing, copying or editing.
There’s not much to say about this program as it is pretty simple and straightforward. It created high-quality PDF documents in a short time, showing that its conversion speed is another aspect that deserves being praised. Its only downside is, in my opinion, its price, which could be lower. Other than that, XPStoPDF is a handy tool that represents a great solution for any XPS to PDF conversion needs.
