The purpose of Xou Dou Qi, is to send one of one's pieces to the other side, the Lair of the opponent. Like in Chess, your pieces are strong against some and weak against others. At the centre of the board are two rivers that some pieces may cross and others may not. You must then counter your opponents moves and send one of your pawns to the front .
