
XMediaGrabber is a Java application that allows users to copy media clips across operating systems (MacOS, Linux, and Windows). It records streams using three streaming engines (Neutrino, Enigma, Enigma2, and VDR) and supports recording and system-timers (standby, shutdown, etc.). It also includes an integrated FTP client to transfer and receive data from a Dreambox, a live view of running programs, and the ability to record from multiple Dreamboxes or Dboxes. It also has a web interface and different plugins.
