XL Calendar is a very useful application that allows you to create calendars in Microsoft Excel in a snap. To create one, you just have to select the year or date range for the calendar, choose a template file (which can be one of the included with the application or your own), and press "generate". The program comes with 10 simple templates to choose from, but you can create more. Unfortunately, the program doesn't provide a preview option to view the templates, so you will have to try one by one until you get the one you want. If you wish to modify the parameters of the calendar, you simply have to click on modify and there you can completely customize your monthly or yearly calendar, including name of the weekday, week number, months name, to name but a few. The program is perfect for those who don't know how to use Excel or just don't want to waste time creating a calendar.
What is more, the user interface is not really attractive, but it is very easy to use and intuitive.
In short, XL Calendar is a simple but effective tool that definitely deserves a try.
