WorldCoins is a very interesting program that allows you to create a database of coin collections. The application has many fields where you can save a complete description of your coins. These fields are arranged in three different tabs. The "Main" tab includes fields denomination, quantity of coins, year, country, grade of preservation, status, mintage, obverse, and reverse image. The "Prices and Metals" tab includes the fields valuation, purchase price, seller, etc. In the "More details tab", the application includes the fields weight, diameter, mint, period of the coin, shape, and some more.

The fields country, grade of preservation, metal, and shape are taken from an individual managing list, which can be updated and to which you can also add more information. The Main Window shows all the coins on a list including all the fields, but you can set filters to show only a sort of coin, e.g. coins sold, lost, repeated, etc. You can also make advanced searches, duplicate coins, generate web-based reports, import, and export information. The program also includes a contact book.
