Work Time allows users to track the time they spend doing certain activities. You can create as many users as you want, customize projects and pre-define activities. You can even add notes to clarify certain activities and generate reports showing the last activities, including most visited websites, top users, top 5 applications, top 5 workstations, etc. It also offers calendar reports, report summaries (which only show the users and working time on a list), report time line (includes project, date, start and finish time, and working time ), report data analysis, and reports documents and applications usage. All the reports can be printed and exported to CSV.
The program is perfect for companies (to monitor the employees' activities on the computer), professionals (to keep track of the time it took them to carry out a certain activity to later charge the client accordingly), home users (to monitor the time children or other family members spend on the computer), to name but a few. In fact, there are three editions for different needs: Corporate, Professional, and Home. I am reviewing the Professional edition, which includes all the features of WorkTime Home and more. If you want to try the Corporate edition, you must contact the developer to request an evaluation.
In short, Work Time is a comprehensive and very customizable tool time management tool that will not disappoint you.
