Wondershare UniConverter is a very comprehensive set with multiple tools to satisfy your video editing needs. It has everything you need to create professional-looking videos out of your video files collection.

For example, it has a format converter that you can use to convert your videos to and from the most used formats, such as MP4, MOV, AVI, and more, This feature also lets you fine-tune your conversion by choosing the image size and bitrate, an even lets you create 3D files from your 2D videos.

The program also lets you download videos from the Internet simply by pasting the URL and clicking on the Download icon. You can even choose the Download then Convert mode to convert your files to a choosen format immediately after they download.

There are also features to trim, merge and add effects to your files. And once you have created the video files you need, you can record them into a DVD, all of this within the same program.

And if this was not enough, the program also has a video player, a screen recorer, and a set of tools to work with image files.

The only drawback I found was that the program is subscription-base, meaning that you can't purchase the program, but you need to pay a certain amount of money periodically in order to use the program's full features.

The shareware version has several limitations, such as adding a watermark to eited files, or allowing you to download only one video. Nevertheless, if you like to work with video files, then this program may be the only you need.
