Wondershare DVD to iPad Converter lets you rip your DVD movies. It can be used to convert your DVD movies into formats that can be played natively on the iPad. These formats are MOV, H.264 and MPEG-4, and this application supports all those formats. You can also use it to convert your movie to audio files, and this comes in handy when you want to rip a concert DVD to play it on your iPad as a music file, for example.
The graphical user interface looks very good and it has all you need to convert a movie. There is a video player on the right part of the screen, which can play your movie before you convert it. At the bottom of the screen are the conversion settings, where you can choose the format. You can change conversion settings for each format, as well.
This ripper comes with a video editor that lets you trim and crop your videos and add different effects to them. You can use the "Effects" window to adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, and add a few filters. You can also boost volume a bit.
