
WinWarbler allows you to conduct QSOs in the PSK31, PSK63, PSK125, and RTTY modes using your soundcard's analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion functions.

Prevents the <spot_cluster> and <spot_local> macros from producing outgoing spots whose notes specify the mode twice (tnx to Rich W3ZJ)

- when operating from a locale whose decimal separator is not the period character, properly exports the Freq and Freq_RX items to the minilog
- obtains Region information from a DXView lookup
- when performing a callbook lookup, sets the state to Alaska or Hawaii if the DXCC entity is Alaska or Hawaii (tnx to Iain N6ML)
- on a PC with internet access, responds to the CTRL key being depressed while clicking the Main window's Help button by displaying "Getting Started with CW, Phone, PSK, and RTTY"
