WinLogo stands for Windows Logo producer. It allows you to convert the JPG or BMP images into the MS-Windows startup and shutdown logos.
The built-in Logo-Wizard automatically determines the type and the size of the given image and presents the several types of convertions (zoom, cut, tile etc). Also it can monitor the clipboard, so any "copied" image can be used.
Unlike any other logo producers WinLogo allows you to supply the image with the various types of the animated progress bars (displaying the boot progress alike the standart logo). The progress bars are formed as plugins. They are available for download here.
