
You can use Windows Azure Tools for Microsoft Visual Studio to create, build, debug, run and package scalable web applications and services on Windows Azure. The Windows Azure Tools installer will install the correct version of the Windows Azure Tools for your version of Visual Studio. When you sign in to Windows Azure with your Microsoft account, your subscriptions are imported automatically. There is no need to download a subscription file (.publishsettings file), although for backward compatibility, you can still use your existing subscription files in the same way as before.
