When Pigs Fly 1.0.2

When Pigs Fly is a simple arcade game for the Mac. In this game, you play as Penelope. She is a really cute pig who has always dreamed about flying. Everyone told her she couldn't fly, but she didn't quite and built herself a pair of wings. You control her in a horizontal scrolling world. Your goal is to go as far as you can and avoid alligators, who will kill you if you touch them. The game world consists of a series of hills of varying heights. When you click and hold the left mouse button while going down a hill and release it just when you are about to go up a hill, Penelope will take flight. You can click again to make her go down faster, in case you have to avoid an alligator or want to land on a specific hill. You can also double-click at the highest point of a hill to hop really high. The first time I played the game, I did this and I got really far. Eventually, you will either get tired of the game or be eaten by an alligator.

Honestly, the game isn't really fun. After a while, it gets repetitive and you just want to lose. There aren't any interesting power-ups, or at least there weren't in the 5 minutes that I played the game.
