WebPro Email Extractor is an excellent utility that enables its users to easily and efficiently extract email addresses. The program is compatible with all types of files, folders and plain text files. You can also import emails from a URL address or from the clipboard. Files or folders can be dragged and dropped directly on the program's icon or the main program's window, which will automatically close when the process of importing email addresses is done. The program can export the email addresses that it finds to a simple plain text document, Vcard and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Should you need more advanced features, the program can extract the name of the owner of the email address, provided that the field is delimited by tab,comma, semicolon or colon. The program can also mark numeric addresses as bad and extract only lowercase email addresses. The program has the ability to merge the import results from multiple sources into one single output file and exclude duplicated email addresses. Another advanced feature is the ability to create your own import rules using complicated matching rules and marking the matching result as bad or valid.
