Watch TV channels and listen to radio broadcasts on your PC via the Internet. The tool only works with broadcasts from the Indian portal, Webdunia.
Webdunia TV is a program for playing videos and radio broadcasts on your PC. This program is not intended for tuning in to thousands of radio stations and TV channels that broadcast their content on the Internet; it will only play those broadcasts streamed by Webdunia, an Indian portal. That site offers content in the many languages spoken in India, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, and Malayalam.
Unlike when browsing the Webdunia site (where you are able to choose the channels you want to watch), the TV mode of this stand-alone program will only allow to enjoy the contents Webdunia delivers to the player. The menu will only offer you a link that will take you to the different channels available through the web site. However, in Radio mode you will be able to choose channels, though only one per supported language.
Both modules will allow you to customize their appearance using any of the seven skins available. Though the player supports the full-screen mode, the low video quality of the content provided will result in high level of pixelation.
