Weather Guru is intended to keep you updated about the weather conditions in a given region or city. In this respect, it not only provides current information, such as current temperature, wind speeds, chances of rain, air humidity level and perceived temperature, but also allows you to consult the forecasts for the next seven days.

The application is rather unobtrusive as it runs from the Menu Bar. It automatically shows info about your current location according to your IP address. Likewise, it can be configured to automatically display notifications with a summary for the day when you open your session for the first time. Besides, it can issue alerts about any extreme meteorological conditions that require your attention.

This tool uses a combination of Internet weather data providers to compile a report for you. Regrettably, you cannot use your own providers, should you desire so. Good news is that it supports finding weather data about any major location in the world, and you can even create a list of favorites for easier access.

All in all, Weather Guru is an easy and unobtrusive way to know about the weather conditions and receive alerts about any abnormal meteorological situation in your area. Luckily, the product can be tried without restrictions for some days.
