Please close any files or open applications as this utility will require you to restart your computer system after installation has been completed.
Download the WDDrive Manager_v2.115.zip file to your desktop.
Use a file compression software to unzip the files located inside WDDrive Manager_v2.115.zip to your desktop.
Double click "WD Drive Manager Setup-v2.115.exe."
Follow the onscreen prompts to install the WD Drive Manager software.
Disconnect your external drive using the Safely Remove Hardware option located on the Windows task bar, then unplug the USB connection from your PC.
Reconnect the USB to your PC and your external hard drive will synchronize with this latest WD Drive Manager software.
