Wallpaper HD is a collection of high-quality background images for your desktop. With this tool you can beautify the appearance of your screen with attractive wallpapers, meant to increase your visual comfort when working on your computer.

The program opens with a nice and intuitive interface, displaying thumbnails of the background images that you can download from the developer's website. Hence, an Internet connection is required when viewing and downloading the wallpapers. Once the list panel contains your selected background images, you have the chance to overview the collection by dragging up and down the vertical slide bar, or you may simply use the search box to look for specific images. Unfortunately, the wallpapers provided aren't organized into categories, which may slow down your search. For a better preview, you can enlarge the thumbnail appearance of the wallpapers by means of the zooming slider placed at the bottom of the window.

The moment you decide which image you prefer most, you may set it as your desktop background directly from within the application, or you can send it to a friend via e-mail instantly. Before enabling the selected image as the default wallpaper for your screen, you need to choose the image display mode – namely, the background image may cover the entire desktop or it can be centered in the middle of the screen. If the image resolution is lower than that of your computer screen, you can pick up a favorite color to cover the bare areas.

The wallpapers provided by the application are interesting and catching. Still, you can download only two background images at no cost – the program grants you with 2 credits for this purpose. Once they are spent, you are asked to purchase more credits for the next downloads.
