VueMinder Calendar Pro is a Windows application that will allow you to keep track of all your events, appointments, tasks, and other reminders.
VueMinder Calendar Pro supports multiple calendars organized as layers. In this manner, if more people are using this application on the same computer, each one can create a personal calendar, with their own reminders and notes, but within the same application. You can filter your calendars by different events types, for example if you wish to only see the birthdays or exams in a given period. For a better view, you can prioritize each event on a scale from one to nine, and give them a specific color of your choice, according to their respective importance.
VueMinder Calendar Pro will notify you of scheduled events through pop-up reminders, desktop alerts, emails, text messages, or even a voice reminder on your mobile phone. It can be set to open files, documents, web page URLs, and even run a program as a default action for designated events. Moreover, it allows you to import and export calendars to .ics, .csv, Microsoft Excel or Outlook file formats. If you have access to the Internet, the software will automatically sync calendars with your Outlook or Google Calendar. It also allows you to publish your calendars, or subscribe to shared ones.
The program has an accessible interface, which is pleasant to use. It comes with numerous predefined themes, as well as an editor by which you can make unlimited modification to them. You can even create your own themes with the customized menu.
All in all, VueMinder Calendar Pro is a very useful organizational tool, with lots of customizable features for scheduling and managing tasks, reminders, appointments, and other events.
