VLViewPort is a container control that provides a scrollable viewport. It allows you to set the viewport's extent, and it will automatically scroll when the form is smaller than the extent. It also supports automatic calculation of the viewport's extent based on the position of the controls it contains. It can also adjust the viewport extent automatically, hide or show scrollbars, scroll the viewport when the user tabs through the controls, and fill the container with margins on all sides when the container is resized.
