Vit Registry Fix is a program that supposedly cleans the registry from errors.
I wrote "supposedly", yes. I do not recommend this program at all. The only thing you will get is a total mess in your system. Please, do not use or even download this program.
Vit Registry Fix begins offering you to search for several types of errors in your system registry, like errors in ActiveX, Com, file types, application paths, startups, orphan entries and so on. The first thing that alarmed me was the unusual number of "problems" that the program found. Seven hundred and forty seven problems in a recently installed system, which is constantly scanned with CCleaner, made me suspect. However, considering that the author had the incredible good sense of including a "registry backup" feature, I launched the "fixing" process.
The nightmare began when I tried to use some of the programs I always use while writing the reviews. Nothing worked. Not even the harmless Paint tool would launch. When I rolled back the changes made by this TERRIBLE program, everything came back to normal. Seriously, do not even think about installing this program.
