Visual Tooltip is a small piece of software that adds a rollover effect to the applications that you have opened and are showed into the Windows Taskbar. All you need to do is to roll over the cursor over an application button and after waiting a second, you will see a little thumbnail of that application, appearing with a nice sliding effect. You will also see the window name.
The most remarkable point of this software is the ability to fine-tune this simple process through a couple of tabbed dialogs. You will get lost between the avalanche of options the program offers. For example, you can adjust the thumbnail size, border color, in and out animation, transparency, color rotation, and many, many more.
One extra thing that you can do, is to 'pin' some thumbnails, so they stay after you roll out the mouse. Then you can drag them to any location of your desktop and play around a little.
In my humble opinion, I have to congratulate the author's effort in developing this software, however I'm not convinced to use about 5 MB of my precious RAM just to show a rollover effect. Anyway, it's a good job!
