System Properties is a feature of Windows Vista that provides a comprehensive view of the computer system. It contains all the tabs necessary to manage the system, such as Automation, Backup & Restore, Battery Utilities, Benchmark, Calculators, CD & DVD Software, Clipboard Tools, Device Assistants, Disk Management, File Compression, File Managers, Fonts, Gadgets & Widgets, Network, Plugins & Addons, Remote Computing, System Optimization, Virtualization, and Drivers. The System Properties window in Windows Vista is different from the one in Windows XP, as it does not contain any tabs but instead shows all the required tabs as links in the left side pane. It also provides more details about the system than Windows XP.
