VirtualDub Filter Pack is a free filter/plug-in pack containing over two hundred (200) plugins for VirtualDub. It allows you to process linear video streams, including filtering and recompression. VirtualDub is a video editor program for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows platforms that with the right amount of knowledge can accomplish just about any task.
