VidConvert is a program designed for Mac users who need to convert their clips to various video and audio formats. This utility might prove to be of good use if one of your videos from your Mac isn't compatible with your mobile phone or tablet. With the app's help, you can convert the clip to a format that is supported by your media device.
The application works with many video formats, provides you with simple-to-configure output settings, and offers you detailed information regarding the files you import. It also enables you to preview the final clip before launching the conversion process.
Furthermore, VidConvert gives you access to several editing options which can be accessed by clicking the Advanced button from the main toolbar of the app. You can trim and crop the imported videos, fix audio, sync, etc. Unfortunately, it doesn't provide you with an option to import and attach subtitle files to the imported videos.
Another disadvantage is that you cannot choose individual output profiles when converting multiple videos at the same time.
Still, this application supports many video and audio formats and offers you high-quality output files. It's up to you to decide, based on the aforementioned details, whether it's worth buying this media utility for your Mac or not.
