Vegetarian foods might not have been our favorite during childhood days. Memories of our parents trying to make us eat all those healthy vegetables will still be present somewhere in our vaults. We might have simply ignored those vegetable dishes back then but growing up has taught us a lot. And one of those lessons is how good Vegetarian recipes are.
