veExtract allows you to browse to any executable or DLL (Dynamic Link Library) on your Windows machine and extract icon resources from it. The program features a small window with browser functions on the left and the list of available icons on the right.
Each icon listed can either be copied to the clipboard or save as a file on your PC. veExtract saves files as 32x32 pixel 32-bit color Windows .ICO and .BMP bitmap format files.
