VCD Builder 1.1.3

VCD Builder is a program that creates VCD and SVCD disc images from pictures and MPEG movies. It automatically converts pictures into a VCD compatible format and provides the source code for free. This version includes fixes for improved compatibility with Toast 6 Titanium, better size estimation when adding movies to the project, and an option to force the software to use the VCD.
