Universal Document is a simple tool that allows a developer to create an application that appears as a localized document to the end-user. This “document” will have a name in the native language of the user, and will display documentation in that language when opened.
Universal Document can replace multiple files and directories with a single “document” - an application that will open the correct document for the user’s locale.
