UltraViewer is a software program that allows individuals to connect to a remote computer with a password and a unique ID and thus offer support to a person in need of your help.

The installation process goes smoothly, uneventful, and then you are guided to the main interface, where you are given an ID and a password, needed for initializing the remote connection. The interface is quite minimalistic and very straightforward. It has a double-panel window, a tab menu, and a chat window for communicating with the person you are providing support to.

In order to establish a connection, you just need to introduce the credentials of the computer you are connecting to. That's all you need to do. Then you can enjoy other features of this remote control tool, such as the option to share files with your remote control partner over the chat window.

Also, you can control more than one computer simultaneously or share your screen to other computers. A minor inconvenient is the lack of a remote printing option.

Overall, UltraViewer has one big functionality: to offer remote control over other computers. It is free, very easy to use, has multi-language support, and the amount of CPU usage is low.
