Twitterlicious is a free Windows application that makes using Twitter an enjoyable experience. It takes care of all the complex tasks, allowing users to read and write tweets with ease. The UI is designed to be small and compact, displaying maximum information in a minimal space. When not in use, Twitterlicious hides in the system tray, and alerts users with a notification balloon when there's a new tweet.
