TurboDemo 

TurboDemo - Enterprise is a program to create demos, tutorials and presentations. The resulting files can be exported to several formats, such as Flash, animated GIF, Java, .ASF (Windows Media Player), executable files, .AVI movies, .PDF or Word documents. You can create demos starting from screenshots you take from the program you want to write on. TuboDemo allows you to choose between three screenshot sizes, 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768.

You can set the program to capture audio while taking the snapshots, as well as hiding the tray icon while capturing, generating balloons and playing sounds on capture. You can configure the program to take screenshots manually or automatically, at given intervals. Once you end the screen capturing, you can go back to the application. You will see thumbnails of the taken snapshots. You can then play the demo, insert balloons, notes, text objects, rollover, pointers, elastic bands, typing simulations, click areas, text areas, pause buttons, quiz and sounds. When you're finished with your demo, you can export it to the desired format or save it as a project that can be modified later.
