TrustViewer can pack data in multiple formats (including docs, picture files, audio and visual data, and photos) into the ODP Safe, which provides access control and management functions such as locking date/print/copy/edit, as well as printing with watermarks. Therefore, once your confidential materials have been processed via TrustView ODP, you will not have to worry about leaks of important files or encounter problems over the safety of sharing with outside partners, even if there’s breach with the cloud storage or forwarded via email to outside destinations. TrustViewer can be the default application of .txt, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx and .pdf files.
