An excellent game to reinforce reading, science, thinking, and math skills. The plot goes as the “Master of Mischief” has destroyed the Rainbow Bridge, hiding all the shining jewels about the bottom of the ocean. The goal is to find the gems and rebuild the Rainbow Bridge.
To do this, players use their reading, science, thinking, and math skills to answer riddles about the sea. It contains more than 300 problem-solving questions, by means of which players are exposed to a variety of scientific facts and principles.
Treasure Cove teaches kids math, reading and problem-solving skills, it has a good balance between math, reading and problem-solving activities; it also does a good job in introducing new activities. This title offers a change of scenery from the other 2 while still giving your child the set of educational activities appropriate for his/her development level.
Even if the player reaches the end there is enough variety to replay the same levels over and over and continue to have fun and to learn.
