Total Organizer 2.43 is the latest version of this freeware program developed by Konrad Papala. We can download this product from the developer's website, straightaway, without any registration, login, or similar. This program provides a useful toolbox set to keep all our personal information well organized, visible, and handy. We can use it for private or professional purposes. It presents several folders: General, Schedule, To Do, Notes, and Contacts. On the left side of the Main Window, we can see also see a tree-like directory, with all folder and subfolders. What makes the difference between this program and other organizer software is that in this one, we can quickly access any file, when opening the root, as a given file can be linked to several categories at the same time, making it more accessible. We are allowed to add, Edit, Delete, Search, Hide Completely, Edit, View, Insert, Tools, and Help. The Tools option features Search, Date Calculator, General Preferences, and Global Hotkeys. There is an online forum. It requires Windows environment. There is also a shareware version with more features called Total Organizer Pro.
