TopJTAG Probe is a software tool used to debug circuits and analyze logic. It allows users to monitor pin values in real time without interfering with the device's normal operation, as well as set up pins for testing of board-level interconnects and internal logic. Features include support for any JTAG-compliant devices, graphical visualization of packages with color-coded pin values, and waveform recording. No netlists are required, just BSDL files.
