Toolbox for MS Office is a Mac utility that provides you with a collection of sample data which can be used when working on Microsoft Office projects. The program brings you a user-friendly and nicely-designed interface, features a powerful search tool and a built-in help manual, and enables you to preview the sample data before saving it on your computer.
All of the project sample files are nicely organized into groups based on the Microsoft Office program they were created for. You can also use the integrated search tool to immediately locate the sample data you wish to use in your new MS Office project. The utility also enables you to preview templates and themes as well as to mark the sample data you like as Favorite.
Another great aspect of this program is that all of the offered sample files look professional and are high-quality.
This new version brings you many improvements and bug fixes as you can see on the download page of the product. Another thing you need to consider is that you need Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 or later in order to use any of the offered sample files.
Two things bother me about Toolbox for MS Office: it occasionally runs slowly when switching between its windows and the fact that you need to make in-app purchases to unlock sample files.
However, the acquiring price for the entire package of sample data is affordable and definitely worth it if you work with Microsoft Office programs often.
