Developed by Micromax Informatics, Tiranga is a free-to-download Indian app that contains high-qualityIndependence Day-themed wallpapers, most of which feature the Indian flag, also known as the “Tiranga.” The main screen also includes a short animated video related to the #SavetheTiranga initiative.

No environmental waste

With paper and plastic Indian flags creating waste, the Tiranga app serves as an environment-friendly alternative for Indians celebrating Independence Day. Using this program, they canchoose an image of an Indian flag, set it as a wallpaper, and express their pride for their country.

Apart from Indian flags, there are also wallpapers with empowering Hindi quotes. Plus, none of the images are locked behind a paywall. Unfortunately, the selections are quite limited. Hence, if you want more wallpapers, you’ll have to download the WallPapers from Micromax app.
