Tipard iPhone 4S to Mac Transfer is a backup utility. It can be used to transfer the contents of your iPhone 4S to your Mac. The app will also work with other iOS devices. I tested it with an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2 and both of them were detected just fine. You need to have iTunes installed for it to work, but that shouldn't be a problem for Mac users.
When your device is detected, the application will display a summary of it that includes information like model and serial number, free and used space, etc. The device will be listed on the left part of the screen. Below it, you will find all the types of content that you can transfer to your Mac. You can use it to back up your music, movies, books, playlists, and so on. To select a file, you simply have to check a box next to it and click on the transfer button at the bottom of the screen. You can also select where you want to save the files. Additionally, you can transfer files straight to iTunes.
This app comes with an audio player that lets you preview your files before you transfer them. You could also use this to listen to the music on your iOS device when you can't access it with iTunes.
